Please review our Refund Policy, which applies to all purchases made on our website sproutpantrybutter.sbs, over the phone at +39 06 4891 3082, or in-person at our location in Via Nazionale, Pizza House, 00184, Rome.

Cancellation and Refund

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, you may do so without any charges before the pizza making process has started. Typically, you have a window of 5 minutes from placing your order to cancel it. Should you wish to cancel after the pizza making has commenced, please contact us directly to check if a cancellation is still possible.

Prepared Orders: If your order has been prepared but not yet dispatched or picked up, we may, at our discretion, allow cancellation with a partial refund, deducting an amount to cover the cost of the ingredients and preparation.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders: If you receive an order that is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will endeavour to replace the item, provide a voucher for your next purchase, or offer a full refund in € to your original payment method after assessing the situation.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns of food. However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch, and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the following manner:

• Wrong Order: If you received a pizza that you did not order, we would offer a replacement or a full refund.
• Quality Concern: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the pizza received, we ask that you provide photographic evidence or a detailed explanation of the issue within 2 hours of the order being delivered or picked up. Upon verification, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative resolution.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 4891 3082.

Exceptions

Please note, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for the following:

• Personalized or customized orders made to your specifications.
• Orders that have been confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
• Gift vouchers or promotional offers.
